Shipping policy


All International Customers:

1) All sales are final. Buyers assumes all risks for any package that may be lost, stolen, damaged, or held in customs and not/or returned to Cigars Canada Company.

2) Cigars Canada Company is not responsible for any incurred taxes and or duty fees when your package arrives in your country. If you're charged taxes or duty and you refuse the package, your refund could only be issued once Cigars Canada Company receives the returned package, verifiable by tracking. We will refund original price of the products, less $20 per item for re-stocking fee, and shipping charges will not be refunded.


3) Refused or not delivered packages in Australia, Turkey, and New Zealand will not be returned, therefore there are no refunds for mentioned countries.


Canadian customers: Note that tax and duty are likely to be applied by Canada Customs; and by accepting our terms you agree that you are prepared to pay these should they be applied.

Due to recent changes with Canada customs, all orders shipping to Canada must now be declared correctly as "Cigars" at the true purchase value.

Please keep in mind that proceeding with the correct customs declaration will most likely result in additional duties being assessed on this package. The duty rates do vary and we cannot advise the total duties fees that will be owed.
